LET'S BE HONEST, If a restaurant opened up near you with fried chicken like Popeyes, it would be celebrated as the best fried chicken restaurant in the country. I think we take for granted Popeye's shatter crisp crust with juicy chicken. Here is a hack: Sometimes I am in the mood for Korean style fried chicken (for their sauce), I just buy a jar of the sauce but buy Popeye's fried chicken because -NO ONE DOES FRIED CHICKEN BETTER!!
