In-N-Out's Hamburger is a single beef patty with lettuce, tomato, onion, and spread on a freshly toasted bun — the same as the cheeseburger, minus the cheese. The most basic order on In-N-Out's stripped-down menu, it lets the quality of the fresh, never-frozen beef speak for itself and competes with Five Guys' Little Hamburger as a no-frills premium fast food burger.
